Pastor Michael Zarling brings over 30 years of pastoral ministry experience to Lord of Lords Lutheran Church, where he has served since July 2025. His ministry journey includes eight years as a home missionary in Radcliff, Kentucky, followed by 21 years pastoring a congregation in Racine, Wisconsin.
Married to his best friend, Shelley, since July 1994, Pastor Zarling is the proud father of four daughters. His growing family includes Abigail (husband Brandon and granddaughter Anastasia), Miriam (husband Mark), Lydia (a University of Dubuque graduate), and Gabrielle (a student at Wisconsin Lutheran College).
Outside of ministry, Pastor Zarling fully embraces the Wyoming lifestyle. Living just ten minutes from the mountain, he spends spring through fall mountain biking, hiking, and trail running. In the winter, he enjoys exploring cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat-tire biking.
