MWUTT 10: Responding to the Islamic Crusade

Welcome to this episode of Men Who Understood the Times. I'm Michael, and we've got Andy and Josh here. Uh, so our disclaimer is we're just three guys on a Sunday evening, late on a Sunday evening, that are, uh, talking about things over drinks. And we're not talking for our church body or our churches or our school. Uh, Josh, what are you drinking tonight?

Um, I'm, uh, hearkening back to the, the motherland. I've got some Schell's.

Oh, my goodness.

When I was in New Ulm this past summer, I, I, I brought a 12-pack back and then totally forgot I had it. Like, it was in the back of our closet. And so-

Put it on ice, and here it is

... see, I'm glad you like it because I went to New Ulm and... couple years ago for graduation at Martin Luther College, and so I was there. I thought the thing to do was buy Schell's. And I, and I taste it and I said, "Oh, my goodness." I had to give it away. I didn't, didn't care for it at all. So I might get kicked out of the synod for that, but that's, that's the way I felt. Andy, what are you drinking?

Well, here's an actual disclaimer too, that most of the best beers we know are stored in the back of a closet. But, uh, I'm drinking a highball again. However, this time I've got the Walmart version of the Luxardo Cherry in my drink.
