And I'm Pastor Nathan Klusmeyer.

So Nathan, how is soccer camp going for you?

It's going. I'm very tired.

You teaching all those kids everything you know about soccer?

Yep, which is nothing.

There you go.

So I'm not teaching them anything. The teens, you have a good group of teens that you trained up for me. They're pretty much leading all this stuff, though today the wheels kind of fell off at about 11:15 because it was hot and, uh, there wasn't any soccer playing, there was just a lot of drip, drip, drench.

Uh, did they set up the, the sprinkler?

Yep, we have the sprinkler set up.

Yeah.

So the kids were over in that. And then my son was just spraying people with the hose too, so.

That, that works, too.

Yep.

Uh, yeah. Uh, yeah, I remember-

And one of our te-

Go ahead.

One of our teens, so one of the soccer balls died and so he took the bladder out of it and, and somehow filled that with water and they were throwing that at each other. So.

Yeah.

I don't know how he accomplished that, but I asked him, I'm like, "How did you do that?" And he just looked at me and said, "Physics." I'm like-

That's awesome

... "I didn't ask, sir."

Yeah. And I've just been doing a lot of driving because we had to take our youngest daughter, Belle, down to Denver and to the airport, and so we were driving, uh, w- we drove to Rocky Mountain National Park and did that. And then we stayed overnight at a pastor's house, my circuit pastor in Fort Collins. And then drove to Denver and dropped her off at the airport. And Shelly and I were going to the airport 'cause, you know, Nathan, you and I are used to the Milwaukee Airport, and which is small. That's more my s- my size. Uh, I commented to Shelly when we were coming up to the airport, said, "This is bigger than Casper."

Yeah.

It, it is, it is huge. And so Shelly says, "Uh, I think we need to just pay the extra money and fly out of Casper from now on." It-

Well, and then, I mean, you're also flying out of Denver. You gotta go look at all those conspiracy theories that are out there about that airport.

Oh, I've never heard any of them.

Yeah, it's crazy. There's all sorts of weird stories about that place.

Yeah. And then we, coming home we stopped in, uh, Cheyenne-

Yep

... at the capital.

You didn't stop at, you didn't stop at Buc-ee's?

We no. I threatened Shelly to stop at Buc-ee's, but she hates that place. So yeah, we, we stopped in Cheyenne, and then we stopped in Douglas because that's the home of the jackalope, and so we took selfies-

Hmm

... with the jackalope statue. And that's where the Wyoming State Fair is. We might be going back to next week. And one of the fun things that we'll be doing next week, and I can report on in a while, is that, uh, next Saturday Casper will be having 5150 Days, because that's the, uh, that's the elevation above sea level for Casper-

Okay

... is 5150, and so it, it's kind of funny that they celebrate that. So yeah, you're doing ministry and I'm, I'm just driving all over Wyoming 'cause that's, that's, that's Wyoming.

That's what you do in Wyoming. Yeah.

It is. Uh, but yeah, I had my first adult instruction class today, so that was really cool and I'll, Lord willing, I'll have a few more people in a another class next week.

I had a young man who had just moved in down the road come in. He missed church on Sunday, but he came in in time for fellowship, and so I was talking with him and, uh, I think we made a good impression on him. He said he was gonna come back. And I said, "Hey," said, "you want some coffee, donuts, Kringle?" And he looked at me and he goes, "What in the world is Kringle?" I said, "Oh, if you are living in Racine, you, you need to come and learn what Kringle is." And he didn't want any, but Sandy convinced him to, to eat some, so.

Yeah? And did he enjoy it?

He did.

So that, that's funny you bring up Kringle 'cause I've got two quick Kringle stories. So our, my mission counselor, uh, Pastor Wayne Uhlhorn, he was up at the Wolf Den in Ellison Bay, Door County with the Mission Board for Southeast Wisconsin, which I was chairman of for six years. And he sent me a picture of Kringle and he said, "His, is this the right stuff?" And it was Racine Kringle.

Yeah, that's not the right stuff.

Nope. And-

No

... I learned today when I was on the phone with Wayne, he said, "Oh yeah, I was just trolling you. I, I knew it wasn't the right stuff." But one of the Milwaukee guys was just trying to help out and thought it would be good, and they realized it's not as good. And then someone lovingly, I'm not sure who 'cause it's not, there was no card or note, but someone mailed us a Wisconsin Kringle from O&H.
