Welcome to this week's Thirsty Podcast. I am Pastor Michael Zarling.

And I'm Pastor Nathan Klusmeyer.

And we're starting a brand-new series on Wounds That Heal, with the idea being that just like a surgeon will create wounds to heal someone, say, of cancer, but it's a, it's a good wound to be able to heal that cancer. So Jesus has wounds that heal, but, uh, he's using the scalpel of his word of law and gospel, uh, so it's going to be helpful. And the first one we're gonna be looking at of Wounds That Heal is God's Word Divides. So Nathan, the, the hymns I picked are f- focusing on God's word of thy strong word, Fight the good fight, God's word is our great heritage. And I think the hymn of the day is the same, Oh Holy Spirit, enter in.

Yep. The only one I have different is I have Oh Church, Arise.

Yeah. I love that hymn. Uh, but because we don't have the blue hymnal yet, we're not singing that one.

Yep.

But yeah, that's another, another great one. Uh, but we did have plans. We just met as a worship committee this week of working toward getting the brand-new hymnal... Well, it's not so brand new.

No, it's not brand new anymore.
