Welcome to our episode of Men Who Understood the Times. I'm Michael, and with Zach and Chris today. And, uh, so our disclaimer, as we're gonna be talking about some things like, are gonna be talking with medical information with, you know, depression, boredom, loneliness, that we're not physicians. Uh, we just work for the Great Physician. And when we talk about depression in this episode, we're not necessarily talking about physical or medical depression. It's more of a despair or a melancholy. And, and then, uh, with you guys, what are you drinking today? This, so we're recording this on a Sunday afternoon. Chris, what are you drinking?
- Pastor Chris Hoppe
So I've got a, uh, cocktail of two different kinds of teas. Uh, chai tea and peppermint. Tried to mix the two. It's pretty good.
- Pastor Michael Zarling
All right. You're a brave man. I cannot handle tea. It's just like flavored water. Zach, what are you drinking?
- Pastor Zachary Semmann
I've got a nice, uh, honey wheat ale called Comb and Crocus. It's, uh, from a local microbrewery.
- Pastor Michael Zarling
All right. And so I had a busy day today of church like both of you brothers, and then I had to go fix my mountain bike, and then go up mountain biking, rush back to record this. So I figured I deserved some whiskey.
- Pastor Zachary Semmann
Ooh.
- Pastor Chris Hoppe
Ah.
- Pastor Michael Zarling
In my, in my Stormtrooper glass.
- Pastor Zachary Semmann
That sounds good.
